services for Cerner clients. CernerWorks remote hosting option (RHO) provides superior

business operations, the CernerWorks Service Improvement team provides process
architecture, associate development, regulatory oversight and auditing, and
metrics and reporting functions.
The Compliance Specialist is
responsible for performing a variety of auditing functions related
to and in support of CernerWorks service and solution delivery.
This associate works closely with the CernerWorks process
architects to ensure processes provide sufficient clarity and
completeness in support of the auditing function, and are in
alignment with quality systems regulations. The Compliance
Specialist also manages several components in support of Cerner's
quality system, such as controlled documentation, corrective and
preventive action, and CHIAs (Complaints, Hazards, Incidents,
Accidents). The Compliance Specialist prepares the
organization for and participates in external audits of the
CernerWorks organization. This associate also works closely
with Cerner's Regulatory Affairs group on client audits and other
regulatory matters.
