POSITION PREVIEW
This position is responsible for the development, specification and
implementation of the Quality systems, practices and policies related to
document and process controls, quality report tracking and analysis. Leads the
development of globally, coordinated quality systems (manual or electronic).
Responsible for the development, approval, implementation and
compliance/consistency of application of global Quality Policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for the development, specification, and implementation of the
Global Quality systems, practices and Quality Policies. Harmonized quality
systems that can be used by all manufacturing sites that meet the best
practices identified by the organization. Assures compliance and consistency in
support of global manufacturing operations
· Function as project leader/coordinator for critical projects implementing
Quality Processes and Systems and/pr integration defined within business, and
manufacturing strategies.
· As required, provides technical input and coordinate availability of
resources from other FDAH sites. Works with each site to modify and implement
new systems and system enhancements. Oversees each project to completion.
· Assess current systems, by evaluating quality systems for each site (Quality
systems to include, but not limited to, MIR tracking, change and document
control, Trackwise and LIMS systems), and functions as liaison with Information
Technology (internal and external resources) to develop, electronic based,
compliant Quality systems.
· A primary function of this position will be to develop electronic systems to
eliminate current manual systems.
· Provide critical analyses and investigations, with respect to quality systems
to assure compliance with governing authorities in support of quality systems
and business strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, or
Information Technology
7-10 years industry experience and demonstrated mastery of cGLP, or cGMP
compliance.
