The Quality Improvement Coordionator - Ambulatory Services . The Quality
Improvement Coordinator will work with the leadership team including a
physician, surgeon and Patient Care Services leaders to coordinate system level
quality improvement initiatives. These individuals will facilitate key quality
improvement meetings for their area, provide oversight of projects and assist
the team in developing effective processes, In addition the coordinator will
develop methods to monitor key processes, and will report results and interpret
data to stakeholders. Acts as a resource to staff regarding quality, patient
safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements: Bachelors degree with Masters preferred, 3 years experience in
process improvement or health care process required, demonstrated leadership,
communication and organization skill required. Also PC skills Full-time Day
shift
