One of the nation’s leading suppliers to the automotive, heavy truck, marine,
and agricultural industries, has a need for a Lean Quality Manager. To be successful
in this role, this person will be expected to champion the plant’s continuous
improvement strategy, and ensure that the management team has working knowledge
of all goals, quality processes and systems governed by QS, ISO-1400/9002 and
TS16949. This person will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance
department, identifying, evaluating, developing and implementing Lean projects.
Located less than an hour from a major metro in
Missouri
, this is an ideal location for

Job Requirements
1. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree. CQE, Masters is helpful.
2. At least 3 - 5 years of Quality management experience in a metal working
manufacturing environment
3. Trained in Lean and Six Sigma with Kaizen projects experience
4. ISO, QS, TS implementation, Quality Analysis.
5. Must be able to lead, work and thrive in a cross-functional team
environment.
