Six Sigma Team Leader - Judge Group Search Firm

The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Green Belt Certified Team Leader / Production Supervisor for a Multi-Billion Dollar Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in MO. 
In this role, you will lead efforts of continuous improvement and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to drive process and equipment standardization. Responsibilities include:
Leading multiple projects and partners (employees) in the achievement of continuous improvement objectives.
Responsibility for overall cost, quality and safety in completing objectives.
Implementing local OEE program while focusing on thru-put components of OEE to accomplish step change improvements.
Leading efforts to improve cost and quality initiatives through the use of Six Sigma principles and tools.
Working with plant leadership to identify and communicate customer requirements and update process controls to reflect best practices.
Training, coaching, evaluating and reinforcing continuous improvement principles with partners and team members.
Applying Six Sigma thought process to the plant operation.

 

The successful candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
More than three years of engineering/operations experience within a Manufacturing Facility.
More than two years of Green Belt experience.
Formal Lean, Six Sigma training.
Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen/Work-Out and Change Management experience.
High volume continuous process flow experience.
Proven completion of manufacturing related projects with demonstrated success and financial results.
Proficiency in Windows, Minitab, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and simulation software.
Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
Effective communication skills – both interpersonal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks/projects based on business needs.
High energy with the ability to drive results.
DFSS knowledge or experience is preferred.

Job Requirements
