Position Title: |
Arrangements Chair
Oversees arrangements for all regular meetings of the Section and other special programs and conferences as assigned by the Section Executive Committee or other committee chairs. |

Reports to: |
Section Chair, Program, and Education Chairs |

Qualifications: |
Must be an ASQ member in good standing with strong organization, communication, and negotiation skills for attaining meeting facilities. |
|
Time Commitment: |
This is a one-year term requiring an estimated minimum 2 hours/month to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. |

Responsibilities: |
Serve as Arrangements Chair from July 1- June 30
Arranges all meeting facilities including hotel, seating, room size, etc. Establishes the menu, negotiates costs, provides newsletter editor with location and menu information, and arranges for speaker equipment.
Submits budget to treasurer for the fiscal year. |
